The benefits of raw milk

Natural Choice Dairy, LLC is located on 34 acres of farm land near the Loveland outlet mall.  The dairy was started in 2005 to answer the demand for raw goat milk. 

We ourselves are unable to drink pasteurized milk.  After doing some research we discovered that most people who are allergic (that's our problem) to pasteurized milk can drink raw milk with no problems.  This was of great interest to us since we either suffered by not drinking milk or drank milk then suffered the consequence of digestive distress.

In the spring, when our first kids were born, we had a doe (the black and white one pictured on top) that just wouldn't nurse her kid.  She thought he was some alien that someone had dropped into her pen and he just wouldn't go away.  We ended up milking her and bottle feeding her kid.  Because she produced more milk than the kid drank,  we tried it and discovered what a blessing it was to us because it was true, we could drink the milk with NO problems at all.  We were thrilled.  

If this wonderful whole food could help us, than it should be available to all who want it.

 We saw this as an opportunity to be able to have the animals we love and also have them serve a very important purpose.  We feel that everyone has the right to choose wholesome natural foods and limited distribution of raw milk has now been legalized with the passage of SB05-055 in the spring of 2005.

Our distribution days will be as arranged with each member.

Herd owners are welcome to visit on Sundays with their families.  Tours of the farm for herd owners or potential herd owners are by appointment only on other days.
